Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUNDS

Our subscription-based services are non-refundable.

For defective or inaccurate works, you can request a refund according to the exceptions at the bottom.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

In cases that arise from the product you purchased and cause the same problem for all customers, the product is included in the scope of defective goods.

We apply for the return of the product price or the remaining time to the developer team, provided that the product fails to serve partially or completely and the remaining time is not compensated.

Provided that the developer team concludes your return positively, your return will be made to you.

 

NON-EXCEPTIONS

Since the products on our site are software products, the situations that can be encountered may differ from computer to computer.

Since there are different programs / software on each customer’s computer, any program on your computer can affect the software you purchase from our site, which is specific to the computer.

The products on our site are tested on computers with clean windows installed and without extra software / programs installed.

In case the product you purchased fails / does not work specific to your computer, you need to perform a clean installation of windows (reinstallation) on your computer in order for the product to work.
 
In order for the product on our site to be included in the scope of defective goods, all users must give the same error, personal errors are errors on that person’s computer.
 
If the product you purchased gives errors specific to your computer only, the product is not included in the scope of defective / defective goods.
